Spotted: Gossip Girl’s first episode of the season.  As promised, scandalous affairs, new beginnings, love and heartaches in one breath, and glamorous waves of fashion.  Of all of those spoiled Upper East Side high schoolers, one of them stood out the most last night; you’ve guessed it: That Mother Chucker.
